What started off as neck pain turned into an emotional healing as well.  My neck has been a chronic problem all my life - its where I store my stress it seems.  It comes and goes.  Sometimes I get headaches with it.  Dee has done deep tissue on my neck several times, and that work lasts about 3 weeks.  This time she did the energy work.  During the session, I could feel parts of my neck I can't usually feel because my neck is always so tight.  She said my neck felt like a normal neck when the session was done.  Not only that, but she intuitively found other parts of my upper body that were chronically tight.  For example, I didn't even know I was holding my shoulders so tight.  The energy work felt like it was melting the tension away.   She also began to talk to me about how I deal with stress, and about how worthy I am and what good of a person I am.  I never have time to even think that way, but I know it's true.  She said that those kinds of affirmations will help me to reduce the stress in my body.  And another interesting thing happened.  She said she could see in her mind's eye that there was a spot that she wanted to find near my first or second rib at the sternum area.  She knew it was like a button that would help release tension and open me up somehow.  She found it, and it felt like my lungs were opening up and I could breathe better.   Dee has done other miracles too like significantly easing my hip pain.  I also had my daughter schedule a session with her because I knew the energy work could help her with anxiety - I was right :) 

This is going to sound strange, but it all made sense to me once we figured out the problem energetically.  I had an earache.  I had been to the doctor and was taking medication for it.  For whatever reason, Dee had some extra time after the massage and did energy work on my ear.  I knew there had to be a reason beyond just an infection.  As she was sending energy, I began to see a diamond in my ear.  I had no idea why.  I asked Dee, and she said that energy work communicates with us through symbols or images.  I figured it out - I had been spending a lot of time helping a relative with his relationship with his partner.  It was horrible for me.  I kept helping and helping and he wouldn't listen.  He kept his usual denial.  Well, I think that diamond was symbolic of this being a 'hard thing for me to hear'.  Diamonds are known as the hardest gem.  That made sense to me.  I think I gave myself this earache because I was hurting myself by overextending my energy towards him instead of myself.  And I was also hurting my kids because I was spending less time with them.  It was so obvious once we talked about it.  

I was feeling off.  I wasn't sure why, but Dee can always pin point it.  Lately, she knows how I feel even before I step into  her office.  She can pick it up intuitively.  She says it's just a feeling that comes to her.  She knows the feeling part, but she doesn't know the 'what and why' part of the problem.  I remember one time, she knew I was a mess.  We laughed about it, and then she did the energy work for a bit.  She could tell that my thoughts were all over the place and that I was somehow self sabotaging.  I was in the thick of overanalyzing how to lose weight.  I was wracking my brains out and going nowhere - I knew I was doing this, but how did she?  All she could sense was the feeling, not the situation.  But somehow knowing that she could sense my angst too made it easier for me to step out of this drama, and begin to pull back into myself and then reset my goal.  This is far better than seeing a psychologist - it's more personal, and she uses the energy work to restore balance so that I feel myself again.

Another time, we had another great session.  I had no idea that energy work could piece together what feelings I have kinda repressed or hadn't really found an outlet for.  What happened was that Dee found some blocks in my solar plexes chakra and my root chakra.  She said that didn't make sense because she knows that I'm a very successful person.  She talked about what the chakras mean, and we pieced together what the blockage meant:  my solar plexes, or my will power so to speak, was blocked because I feel guilty about leaving my children for so long when I'm at work.  I have to travel for work, and I hate to be away from my family.  That feeling was stuck in those chakras and Dee fished that out.  Knowing that this guilt is actually affecting my body is huge for me.  It lets me know that I need to resolve this peacefully for myself, or these energy blockages will only get worse and affect my physical wellbeing.

Dee has been my massage therapist for over a year and she suggested energy work.  I couldn't believe how it released all the muscles in my body.  I do these energy healing regularly now.

I have had many energy sessions with Dee over the years.  I cannot express how fantastic I feel after a session.  It helps me unwind and feel more relaxed.  Sometimes I'm exhausted for the rest of the day.  But, I know I need it and it shows me how deep the reiki healing was. I get a massage and a reiki session every month.  Sometimes she will pick up images or insights and we discuss the meaning.  But whatever happens, it makes me feel a lot better.  Reiki helps me in a way that the massage doesn't.  It's just another way to access the body/mind and clear out blockages.  I would recommend that you keep your schedule light after a session.

My husbands' father passed away.  My husband was devastated and couldn't function at work.  He was unwillingly put on leave.  It was a horrible situation because I knew he didn't want to put all of this onto me, so there was also his pent-up guilt.  It was overwhelming him, and he broke down and went on some medication.  Meanwhile, the arrangements needed to be made and the family environment was very tense.  Dee spent 5 minutes doing energy work for me, and I felt so relieved.  It was like she lifted off all of the stress, and now I know I can carry the ball.  It was the best possible thing that could have happened for me.

My energy level had been low for weeks.  I spoke with Dee and she did a long-distance healing session for me from the Lehigh Valley to the New England area. It took about 40 minutes, and she said she found a ball of energy located in my aura, that she was able to remove. She found another thick blockage surrounding my torso area.  We talked a little about why the stuck energy might be there, my story wasn’t the main focus of the healing.  I felt about the same initially; the next day I felt more energized, and the increased energy lasted for days.  I highly recommend Dee for massage and energy work. Overall, the sessions I have with Dee are more like a physical therapy/focused massage.  She has fixed issues that I have struggled with for years, and keeps my body from sliding backwards.  I recommend her to everyone.
